Lisa Hawkins

A native of St. Francisville, LA , Lisa Hawkins, has over 20 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections. She began her career in corrections as a student worker for Prison Enterprises in 1992. In 1995, she accepted a position in the Purchasing Department at the Louisiana State Penitentiary where she was employed for 17 years. In 2012, she transferred to the La DPS&C Headquarters PROCRD office where she worked until accepting a position in 1995 at Dixon Correctional Institute as the Business Manager. In 2017 Lisa was promoted to Assistant Warden of Administration. 

She is currently the Deputy Warden of Programming at DCI. 

Lisa has served as treasurer for LCA since 2019.
